Resolution Underwriting Partnership operates for and on behalf of other Underwriting Agents, Marketing Groups and Broker Networks. We have distribution and partnership arrangements with the following respected organisations:-
Broker Direct plc
Founded with the initial aim of redressing the balance of advantage as between direct writers and brokers in respect of Private Motor business; Broker Direct have now spread their wings into the Commercial arena as well. Resolution Underwriting is, therefore, delighted to be in partnership with Broker Direct in this endeavour.
The Arrangement
Resolution’s arrangement with Broker Direct is open to any of their members who
register on our website, which registration is then validated with Broker
Direct. Thereafter, the standard Broker Direct TOBA applies to all business
transactions and premiums are collected by Broker Direct in a similar fashion as
applies to all Personal Lines contracts.
TEn insurance services ltd
TEn insurance services was itself founded in 2004 and has some directors and shareholders in common with Resolution Underwriting Partnership.
TEn broking services is an original ‘broker network’ concept based on the model that member intermediaries become Appointed Representatives of the network, focused on maintaining and enhancing client relationships, whilst outsourcing all back-office functions to the centre, including FSA regulation.
TEn underwriting services operates as a ‘virtual’ Underwriting Agency under a program known as Starter 4 TEn; for brokers who are committed medium-term candidates for – and in transition to – the TEn ‘broker network’ concepts.
