ReSolution Underwriting Partnership Ltd is a UK Commercial Insurance focused Underwriting Agency, offering a unique set of products to brokers and intermediaries via other Underwriting Agents, Marketing Groups and Broker Networks. Whilst Resolution does deal directly on a day-to-day and quote-by-quote basis with brokers introduced to it, nevertheless this is done within the context of a TOBA and the premium collection arrangements applicable to each originating entity or group.
Resolution was incorporated in 2004 in order to provide regional brokers with an extended choice of markets and products from ‘A’ rated insurers (or above).
The company is dedicated to the belief that on-line trading is the only cost-effective means for an operation such as itself to deliver competitive products and excellent service levels to intermediaries nationwide, whilst acknowledging that for the placing of some cases, people still need to have a rapport with people and access/communication remain vitally important.

Kedric Rhodes
Kedric opened his own brokerage in 1971, Sceptre Insurance Services, which was ultimately sold to Country Mutual in 2000. Subsequent to the sale, Kedric became Broking Manager for Country Mutual and as such responsible for insurer relationships and broking policy for the group.
Kedric is also an IIB Director and a Non Executive Director of Insurance Compliance Services Ltd.
Colin Owen
Colin is now the main contact at ReSolution. He has many years experience in the Lloyd’s and London Insurance Market specialising in Personal Accident & Health.
Gordon Coles
Gordon has accumulated almost 40 years experience in the London Market, many of them at Senior Broker and/or Divisional Director level with a variety of companies including; Furness Houlder, Bain Clarkson, Lowndes Lambert and ARB International.
